I'm a science-gal, a chemist, so listening to a doctor explain this is 100% credible and thoroughly believable. I love it. It gives me such hope! It really kills the fear of death, even makes me look forward to it!

My thoughts exactly, Donna. I have heard that our physical death is like a birth into an unimaginatively beautiful world! And that indeed makes me less fearful of the frightful things of this life to actually looking forward to a dimension that is where we belong. And something else that I find comforting is that so many who return from NDEs say that "they felt like they were home." Blessings to you.

I totally agree. The Divine/invisible Realms all exist in the "mental plane:. The otherside is very innocent and only expresses love. Think about the movie "What Dreams May Come". Everyone gets to create their own version of heaven. Non local/no time you create your heaven by using your Innerchilds imagination . Heaven is all about FUN. Einstein quote: imagination is more important than knowledge. The only thing mankind posses is her/his imagination. 💥💞💥

I am Ben, This is all 100% true i had very similar same experiance of Heaven is more real then our daily lives here on earth the music is like a reward with most loving type possible feeling ever as soon as i arrived my first thought was the war is over legit no such thing as even a negative thought or anything bad it simply did not exist this mans story is very real and has put me on more journeys as well!

@Benjamin Bless you for sharing your story with us. I've also been privileged to experience both the intense light and Jesus Christ during my NDE. Honestly, there are no words in our vocabulary to describe the all encompassing love, peace and euphoria that one experiences. Being sent back was most disappointing, after having the felling that you're finally home & where you were meant to be. The fear of death is completely removed & some (as I was) are afterwards awarded with special certain gifts, mine being mental telepathy especially with very close friends. Another resulting gift is an awareness & deep appreciation of the vast amount of beauty of nature here afterwards and all encompassing love. I'm looking forward to the day when I'll be called back "home" once again. Peace and love to all, Karen. 🙏❤

I just lost my dad to cancer 12 weeks ago yesterday. I found my brother dead on his floor from a drug overdose 4 days ago. I was my fathers care giver for 6 years, and did chest compressions on my brother until EMS arrived knowing he was already gone. I’ve often wondered if my brother and dad were able to meet in another dimension, if they truly found peace with their passings. Then today these NDE stories started appearing on my page. Thank you for doing these stories. These have helped me find a bit of peace for the first time since finding my brother. I now believe neither of them are suffering and battling demons, and they are truly free and in the arms of love ❤️

I've never had an NDE but because of Dr. Alexander and hundreds of other NDErs I've read or watched, and others who have researched and written about NDEs, I now believe their eyewitness accounts of the Afterlife are irrefutable. This video is concise yet thorough. It highlights the commonalities of the experience among those I have seen. Well-organized and inspiring.

The coincidences associated with Dr. Alexander's professional life, his training and beliefs, and his illness which led to his NDE and miraculous healing thus his complete 'worldview' transformation are evidence of the grace of God. Not just for him, though certainly that too, but for all (which is much of his message). Please keep it Dr. Alexander. What you have to share with us is most important of all!

I admire Dr. Alexander as he has the courage to speak up and share what he has experienced during a NDE. I have not experienced a NDE myself, but with 10 years meditating and trance healing we often are in a consciousness that the brain can not understand. We receive information and answers to questions that come from a higher awareness and his books will help a lot of people that have experienced something strange in life, like an OBE(out of body experience), a family constellation, a medium who can give you messages from your loveones in spirit, that all show us that we are all connected and one mind.Just because the scientists do not yet admit that there is knowledge and prrof that life after death is true, does not mean that it does not exist. If this knowledge was known to mankind are materialistic world would change dramatically. Not everyone would be keen of this development.

Well said, dr. Alexander. I've come to the same conclusion after reading your first book, and lots of other books, watching nde videos, listening to interviews etc. Proof galore. I'm happy to hear that fervent sceptics are becoming believers. You state that meditation is one way to come closer to the truth, but in my opinion mankind can also benefit greatly from the many words of wisdom (i.e. downright tips) from light beings that many nde'rs are given to support their tasks here on earth. Practising those should be of great help to humanity. Besides, it's never rocket science, but 'simply' the notion that love for oneself, others, nature is the way to go!

Dr. Alexander: many thanks for sharing your experience and understanding. Your description aligns quite well with what the ancient Indian Sanskrit scriptures (collectively - VEDAS) have described in far greater detail using richer and precise terminology. A few examples are the Brahm Sutras, Yoga Sutras, Bhagwat Gita, various Upanishads and more recent "The Holy Science" by Swami Sri Yukteshwar, Dnyaneshwar ("Amrutanubhav"), and writings of Swami Vivekanada and Ramana Maharishi. In fact as described in the Gospels all of Jesus Christ teachings speaks to the same "bigger/complete reality" (eg, the teachings in the temple - " .. i was thirsty and you gave me drink ...", "love thy neighbor as thyself", "before Abraham was I AM", etc). You mentioned about Quantum physics - yes true! While we are still stuck in understanding the physical reality, recently physics has also proven that the "Universe is a Holographic projection" (ref. L Susskind, Gerardt Hooft). Once Again -- many thanks !

I have read Dr. Alexander's book and listened to countless youtube episodes about his wonderful and inspiring experience. Considering his experience I grapple with....did he experience true enlightenment or was his experience filtered through his ego as he sees it? No question he had a supernatural and gifted journey while there but it is his spin and his ego that may interpret it in this way. Every NDE account is a bit different so is the experience based on your beliefs not just beliefs about afterlife but in general? His accounts seem to reflect a cultural influence as it flows back into our dense and 3 dimensional world. All in all I appreciate this wonderful uplifting and hopeful message to all of us that we are loved and safe.

i believe he explained in the video that our brains are filters. and there is uniqueness to nde's but enough basic similarity, to establish that consciousness exists outside of our bodies. and that consciousness is the horse to the cart of matter, not vice versa, as science is beginning to even affirm.

I'm sure many people have heard the phrase, "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." It is a harsh feeling to realize trudging along on the same treadmill in the mind wastes time, depletes one's sense of alternative routes other than nowhere fast, promotes even more self isolation and inability to effectively be of value to the needs of others....which is why we are here. A vivid dream I had several years ago might have been my soul warning me: I am running through thick woods at breakneck speed around dusk trying to get to the place I should have been well before sun set. Branches and heavy brush can't be pushed out of the way fast enough when arms are filled with the things I have to carry. Excited to carry. Enough to go around. I made sure double sure. Sweating and starting to cry I hear random muffled noises straight up ahead what sounded like hundreds of even thousands of people. I could tell they were in close proximity. Gathered together for one purpose as denoted by the collective beats and rest rise and fall of human voices. I finally break free from the tree line to a flat grass clearing. 100 yds away a white building. Triangular Glass apex. Music from a Grand Pipe Organ inside shakes the ground. I run hard. But right as I am about to go in the doors bust wide open with a flood of people who knew each other and had tasks yet ahead. I stood there holding whatever it was I had brought for them. Then the dream ended.

I personally believe that death is not in fact an end, it is an opening to a never ending paradise with God's love ever present and our families and pets and everything waiting for us on the other side. This realm is governed by space and time, including our physical bodies, but our souls, our spirits are not of space or time. They are always whole, can never be parted into halves or thirds. So, regarding this theory, it means that this physical universe is not actually the "realest" thing that exists. It's actually the things that AREN'T governed by space or time that are more real. We change planes of existence when we die. We don't just cease to exist forever. This isn't just optimism btw (I mean, it IS) but I think this is the most rational explanation. I mean, if everyone will cease to exist, what's the point in anyone living at all?

I was pronounced DOA ( NOT a NDE.) at a medical center in 1973... No further attempt was made to resuscitate me... More than half an hour passed, and then my Heart started to beat again... During that half hour, I discovered the DIFFERENCE, between the human body, and "LIFE The Real Self"... I found that this universe including the human body, to be just a 'STORY', presented in the form of a 'Holographic Simulation', in a Display Register, of "The Processing System of LIFE", where "LIFE The Real Self", ( An Offspring of The LIGHT ) is the OBSERVER.

What do you think of the recent research about the claustrum being the area of the brain that supposedly creates (definitely impacts) consciousness? I still believe that consciousness is not created by the brain. My reasons for this belief are mainly due to the accounts of people with OBEs and NDEs have shared. Some have seen and heard things they physically were not near. Some have seen people in the afterlife they did not know were dead. Your example of seeing your biological sister during your NDE who you never met was also compelling. Thank you for your insights.

I used to live in a place called Silver City. I remember clearly having a t shirt which was ivory or off-white, and it had printed writing on the back: I seemed to remember the characters looked like Hebrew, but I could read them while I was there. One of the things the writing said was ‘Silver City, KOH’, across the bottom. This isn’t a cerebral mind memory, it’s more like a soul memory. I wonder (a lot) if I’ll get to go back there when my tour of duty here in this reality is done.

What about suicide? Do people who commit suicide go to this heavenly place? I'm currently laying in a hotel room with a helium tank and plastic tubing, prepared to end my life.
