I used to work in West Africa. We had the usual HSE beware of mosquito lectures. One day we were informed that a baggage handler at Heathrow Airport contracted malaria from a mosquito that had been in a suitcase that came from the hold of an aircraft. That was some detective work we all said.

@mr.giggles4995 It's cockroaches that are supposed to be the hardy fellows but with plenty of access to food they do not survive the 3 degrees C of my refrigerator. This saddens me. While I will happily eat, and enjoy, meat, because it is the correct food for humans I try not to kill any animals gratuitously, be they ant, or slug, or cocky. Even mosquitos, as annoying as they are get warning shots.

I’m 58 and discusted to realise how corrupt the system is. By system I don’t just mean medical, I mean anything controlled. My daughter is in medical and while she means well and does her best, as the years goes by it becomes clear she can recite a book written very very well….but refused to beleive what she sees with her own eyes.
