He could have just left, and Sayaka would have remained silent about what happened, because she is not as stupid as she seems. But Leon killed her because he was already in despair, he was in himself, he simply killed her, although he could have left. So he has no excuse... (if there are any mistakes, please know I’m communicating with a translator, I’m actually Russian) I hope everything is clear)
