3yrs ago I had an experience like this, as my Father passed on, the family wrote lot of ill about my Dad, gave it to me to produce the Funeral Brochure( as a Graphic Designer) I do my editing thoroughly and then got it printed and published. The family was angry but as the only Son of the Dead, I've my right to give my Dad the last RESPECT.

Ashanti Funerals are organized events, everything is pre-planned and executed to the core. Everyone is supposed to be in character like a movie. When my dad died because he is an Ashanti we had to have the funeral there, there we realized we were 9 siblings even though we were 5. They wanted our mum to do a lot for the camera which she respectfully objected. They claim that will make the “program” nice. 🤦🏾‍♀️ You can’t tell whether people are actually crying, mourning or in character. Settings Nkoaaa.
