If not for sensationalism, what the doctor said and what the jr doctor said do not conflict in any way. They are perfectly same. Time of her arrival, time her body was discovered, where her body was discovered, how her body was discovered. Only thing is that the doctor might not have included that the doctor was part of the people that went to her house, and vice versa. Don't forget they both admitted they went there with other people.
