So when we discovered the Dr. Jart color correcting treatment, a green-tinted cream that evens out redness while soothing our skin, we were sold. (That is, for a steep $52.) Dr Jart is $1.04/oz. Hero is $0.86/oz. Just so everyone knows what the actual cost comparison is. If Hero made a 50ml container, it would be $43 vs Dr. Jart’s $52. Still cheaper, but not exactly what you might think.

Hero does make a 50ml option and it's $29.99 on their website. So the cost per oz would be $0.60.

Oooh, good to know!! Oh, another thing I realized recently, to my own detriment; Dr. Jart's version has an SPF 30. The Hero does not! Boy, was my face red (literally).

The Issue , "Sunscreen" protection , you would need to put a 1/2 3/4 of a Teaspoon amount on the Face. The Spf is coming from the Zinc Oxide + *Titanium oxide cheaper ingredient, I wouldn't look for this, to protect, or use as a sunscreen. (It stabilizes other industries, that's why its found in so many foundations, ect.)

As someone who was suddenly struck with rosacea in their 20s I'm always on the lookout for good products, thanks for this. If a little goes a long way I don't mind spending on the Dr Jart since it has the SPF but nice to know in a pinch the Dupe works well too

Awesome!!! I'll use mine when I get my next laser session.... it's when I get red skin.... I believe as you said the product hydrates the skin so it might be good. Loved your video!

I bought dr jarrt and it oxidized immediately. I was trying it on the back of my hand, and the more i rubbed the more orange streaking i got.

So I bought dr jart one and tried it. Has a menthol effect to me but does work but my problem is with 59 yr old skin I do still see it just a little in my pores and gives a drying effect so if I apply a cc cream or light foundation over it ,,, it just don’t look good. So has anyone figured out how to use both together?

hi makeup professional here! wait till the dr jart cream is all the way dry, wait like 5-8 mins for it to FULLY dry then go over it with a hydrating not matte CC cream with a SPONGE not a brush bc the cream under gets lifted and brushed away and leaves brush marks, so a beauty blender only. dab only do not put the makeup sponge on ur face and drag it, only patting dabbing motions only w the sponge! good luck and also if u use concealer under ur eyes do the same steps as the cc cream but do it before cc cream, but after it dries! hope this helps❤❤ edit- also if u set ur makeup with setting powder it helps- after letting the cream dry and everything else dry let the concealer and foundation dry for also 5-8min, also u can apply foundation right after concealer (don’t put foundation on top of ur under eyes only concealer) after everything is dry brush setting powder under the eyes first using a dabbing patting motion not dragging the brush then pat powder over the face after u pat the powder down a bit u can drag it after it sets for a few min to get the loose powder off just drag it a bit after the powder sets for a few min! good luck again! 💓💓
