From what I've learned about scoliosis, working out is what will dictate how long he will be able to walk. He understands it, which is why he wants to know exactly what he needs to straighten. While most of us work out for aesthetic reasons, he has to do it to maintain a good quality of life.

Thanks so much for this video! I also have had scoliosis (it was treated by spinal fusion surgery), but I now have arthritis there and arthritis in my neck due to a tethered cord. I also have (slight) clubbed foot and I'm also a wheelchair user. It's a LOT. Lol. I really wanna see a chiropractor, but I worry that it won't help the pain. My lower back is extremely locked as well as my hips. I wish you were in NYC! 😭 🙃

My son has flat feet and developed scoliosis as he grew. The chiropractor straightened him up at every growth spurt. He's now 22 years old 6'4" tall and has a straight back. His feet are still flat though!
