Omg adorable! I’m looking to get advice I’m only 25 and I have dowagers hump. It’s so embarrassing I’m always covering it with my shirts or my hair. it’s really noticeable and it has gotten worse since 2 months ago i was in a car accident where I broke my pelvis and 7 ribs, my posture hasn’t been great since I was always hunching forward from trying to not hurt my ribs. I really want to get rid of it, is this something that needs surgery or are there any other options? My back always feels tight and I’m so young I can’t even imagine how much worse this can get. It really brings me down as it’s something I’m constantly thinking about.
