When I was about 11 or 12 I fell backwards ice skating and for the next like... 4 years any time I would take a little bit of a deep breath I would feel like I was being stabbed in the back. I think my mom finally casually mentioned it to my chiropractor who told me I had a subluxed rib. It was literally insane, as soon as he adjusted it the pain was completely gone. I’m 24 now and I still have to tell everyone about it. 😂

Hi Doctor Jason..I have a condition called chondrolysis since I was 13/14..I'm 26 now and I'm so curious about chiropractor sessions coz I was I was given and option for a hip replacement but I feel there are other options out there that may assist. I would appreciate if this cry gets to you. Chondrolysis is defined as rapidly progressive loss of articular cartilage from both the femoral and acetabular sides of the hip. It may be idiopathic (Jones 1971) or secondary to underlying conditions, such as Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE), intra-articular penetration of SCFE pins, infection, inflammatory arthritis, prolonged immobilization, or severe trauma.

I'll be honest with you chief but keep in mind I'm not a professional. By the way you described it, it sounds like a chiropractor could solve discomfort but they cannot stop or fix the damage done by the condition. Seek professional advice (ik you asked the dr here) and go from there.

I live in Germany and I got my ribs out for about 3-4 years and no doctor in Germany Conle help me.. chiropractic is in Germany Not that common and you have to pay about 70-100€ for just one adjustment.. I went to one anyway after seeing your videos Dr.Jason and My chiro in Germany also did the First adjustment you showed to me and my pain was gone for the First Time since 2015. Sadly my adjustment was about 1 1/2 months ago so the pain got. back but u Will Go to the chiro again hopefully! Do you think going once every 3 months is good and helps or is it a waste of Money if I dont go 1-3 Times a week? Best wishes from Germany!
