He has on jeans and a casual shirt. If he had on a thousand dollar suit, that could possibly be materialistic. I’m not criticizing, just trying to understand. Jim says that the law can bring the curse because we do not have the capability as humans to keep every law. (Those are not his exact words. That’s what I believe I learned from him.) Therefore the curses can come into our lives. In Deuteronomy 28 you will see the blessings and the curses. The list of curses start with verse 15. The Book of Deuteronomy is the fifth book of the Torah.
