Listening to Dr Joe is so wholesome! Each time I feel better and uplifted! When I scroll through my KZbin news feed and see all the videos suggested, there is so much rubbish, so much bad mouthing, so much fear mongering because it gets people clicks and likes. It's almost addictive to watch the negative stuff! So I have to remind myself each time what's good for me and then take a conscious choice for Dr Joe. It's changing bad habits and replacing it by good ones, choosing positive content instead of the panicky news out there!

Take your attention off of the bad event and people Feel elevated emotions regularly And there will come a time when you don't want to give up these elevated emotions to feel a grudge against someone. So don't try to forgive anyone. Just love what you can, enough times that such people don't matter.

Thank you so much so this beautiful question...and beautiful answer ! It happened to me. I've been "killed" by a man, my ex-fiancé, in 2014. Deep coma. I had a NDE...and I came back to my body. A miracle ! But during the 3 years after, it was impossible to forgive. Until I met Joe ! After 1 year of meditations, I forgive what happened. I am free ! Jesus Dr. Joe. I was trying to do meditation because I had a serious monkey brain and this video showed up, but I went for the meditation. I couldn't shake the money brain so I stopped and said, "Sorry Joe, not tonight, lol". As I scrolled to find the message I needed and guess what? my finger just pressed the Forgiveness video! I have been that person. My mom was the first one that crushed my heart. Then different things piled up. People will always be shits, but I don't have to let them bring me down. I have nightmares, I smoke weed to help me sleep cause if I wake up in terror then my BP skyrockets, but I don't want to do Dr. Drugs...He keeps wanting me to use the Clamazapan he prescribed. That is heavy-duty RX I have studied I am absorbing as much as I can Dr. Joe. Thank you. This made so much sense and I was wired really well, but then that would just be one of those excuses, LOL. I believe, I trust. I am transforming my light and information.

I love this mans work! I am praying one day to go to an event. I only for now can watch the you tube videos. I watch them every day, I’ve been doing the meditation’s. Different ones. All by Joe, they are amazing. I am wanting to stop the negative voices in my head that make me think that I am a victim of childhood abuse. I am very anxious a lot of the time and all my life I have slipped in and out of depression and sducidal thoughts. I am a recovered alcoholic and I work 12 step programs. If you can get the book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, you will get the overall understanding of this kind of work and some practices you can do to heal quickly. It takes time, patience and persistence. The old you is a set of habit patterns that are memorized in the body as the unconscious. When you are ready to see it that way, then you take the route of change. When you know how it works, you can break the cycle of seeing the present and future through the lens of those sticky traumas and that's how it continues. The good news is you can heal that and birth the new, dynamic refreshed and healthy you with more freedom from the past.

I do the meditations and I like some of Joe's work but this is a step to far for me. If this has helped the woman who was raped well I am glad she is feeling better but I felt sick when he said that these men were angels.

But this was her healing is, it is beyond logical rational thinking, beyond the physical, this is healing on a subconscious level, within the quantum field, in no place, no time. @@redmoon8217 I think some people missed the point that she healed from that traumatic experience… because she forgave … to forgive means you move out of being a victim or identifying with other people who chose to be victims of their circumstances because that’s the energy of poor me, why me, that energy will never heal because it’s a low vibration, and to see things from a different perspective, a higher vibration … a higher level of mind… to heal yourself and others. If you’re moaning and groaning about your ‘victimhood’ well on some level you want to remain the victim … because you’re unconsciously perpetuating it. If seeing them as angles is what healed her … well hey who are we to judge ❤ Good on her! Now she can go on and live a full and joyous life because if she can transcend that she can transcend anything… which makes her unlimited! In my eyes at least …. Much love to that lady that healed. She’s an example for all of us.

So it is possible that it makes people feel that they should forgive when they might not be ready to. Or that it's somehow their fault because they can't forgive. You can let go of something by processing it and not defending against doing this. This increase vibrational energy too. Words as Joe tells us are important because they create thoughts and feelings, CBT concept also. So you need to be careful how you phrase things when you are dealing with people's pain and they are feeling vulnerable. I don't like the mocking tone that Jo uses around people talking about their pain, as being the victim, moaning so on. It's a side of it that I don't like and don't agree with. Like most things there are definitely loads of things that I think are amazing about Jo' work. I do the meditations most days, he has helped many people, so on. But I can't be a fundamentalist around almost anythings. There are always areas that need to be reflected on. Not everyone can afford an hair transplant and not everyone can afford to go on his courses. And if it was all about manifesting and the body being lifted to the new mind he wouldn't have needed a hair transplant, would he?

This sounds like self-deliverance and the filling of the Holy Spirit. Brilliant message and physiological explanation of this. The spiritual world works right with the physical and the natural. @@jredenfieldactually the Bible and especially the New Testament speaks to a lot of the same things Dr. Joe speaks of, unfortunately it’s been badly translated over millenia and a lot of those direct teachings are buried under other meanings. There’s a website that works on decoding the original messages of the Bible, I forget what it’s called. It’s not an easy read (very scholarly), but it is close to what Dr. Joe teaches. Jesus did teach us about the Quantum Field and how were all connected in the field of the unknown and infinite possibilities, just not in those words.

I think the message meant that that specific moment in the past needed to occurred in order for her to meet with the creator later on.

I think it meant that she had to go through that event in order to discover her true immortal being in the Unknown field of infinite potentials and Love. Dr. Joe talks about in his books. Once you are healed and can live in the Present Moment and you stop living in the Past; you close the book on your past, it turns into Wisdom, and you do not regret a single moment of your life because all those moments led to where you are now. That part I’m having a harder time with, so I’m not there yet but I’m working on it. Apparently this woman achieved enlightenment at a single event. I would highly recommend reading Dr joe’s books if you don’t understand. Start with ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ if you don’t have money to buy the book you can find the audiobook here on youtube.

An evil spirit shows himself,sometimes a person will let Satan enter their life. This can happen through deliberate, malicious intent, or through feelings of jealousy, anger or a perception that life hasn't been fair for them. For example, Satan frequently gains access to individuals when there is a dispute over property or a will. The reason I wrote was that some one known to me took on this role in their life which left the crippling ripple effect with their close family members who are effected to this day. I am so sorry to anyone who has been harmed by the message of “angels in the form of rapists”. If you are the survivor of sexual assault please know that your form of forgiveness does not have to come in this way,nor should you feel pressured to ever get to a point where your divinity would have you understand such an experience this way. Joe and his team should’ve been more careful about including and promoting online this anecdote in the realm of forgiveness given its potential for divisiveness and more importantly potential for deep harm-the result of which is the stern opposite of what the teachings strive towards. I deeply hope that this mistake exhibited in that moment does not bar you from finding healing and forms of divine forgiveness which do not encourage or make you feel pressured to accept sexual assaulters as some kind of blessings . You can heal absolutely. I send you my deepest utmost compassion

ARE NO WHERE IN JOES TEACHINGS, and therefore cannot be used to logically defend what he has said.which is to say, in making an argument for the validity of something you can’t pull from other teachings because those other teachings are not agreed upon by all those involved. He would never try to use that logic that we’ve made agreements before we came because all his teachings use science as their reasoning he couldn’t really say why bad things happen to us, just what we can do and how we can create new selves and more positive futures with less likelihood of experiencing the same things in the same way. This is likely the reason his work works best for illness etc, whether mental or physical. It promotes the possibilities of healing which Is already scientifically innate. Healing requires thinking a better future is possible and some form of acceptance of the past. But it can’t ever necessarily answer why,when we get too deeply into that we take on the task of speaking for the unifying principle or god or the creator or whatever it is. Which is not our business to do, especially for someone else

Dr Joe is only showing people that most of their grudges are petty nonsense. If a woman can forgive this then no one has any excuse to not figure pettiness. Like an argument with a colleague or being fired or an ex partner etc.

God exists in all rapists and murderers too. The Divine is giving life to all. And some people lose sight of the soul and live by ego. Well, the point is honest, but I understand your point. That was the way her psyche did its work in symbolically resolving the trauma. Joe didn't recommend it, it was an anecdote of an experience. The psyche works in powerful ways and not everything is pretty or neat or the way the persona expects it to be. You might notice that there was a transformation there from a negative imagery to a positive one, or an alchemy, so it is not condoning anything or suggesting what you are implying. How can you say that it did not have to come in that way when it did for her? The message was healing and that is what mattered, though. I would hope that people would not insult or demean the woman who suffered so long and had that wonderful transformation by misunderstanding it and putting it in those terms. You should be happy for her.

He said in forgiveness it's just taking your mind off of the person. But how do you do that? I have a lot of feelings harbored against my ex for some reasons. He's not often in my mind to where I think of him. But when he does come up in my mind for whatever reason, all of the hate I have for him is still there. It's not like I think about him a lot. But when he pops up it's there.

So what kind of work must one do if their pain and physical problems is in a bad knee? A knee is not in any chakra center. I have had surgery x2 for meniscus tears, in my Rt knee, both medial and lateral; and still have bad pain. I also have osteoarthritis in that knee and my lumbar spine & Rt forearm. I have tried concentrating on those body parts with love, massaging them with oils and going to PT. I don't know what it takes to heal them other than divine intervention. Other that what I'm doing and the meditations, is there anything I can do to create a healing of these conditions, especially the knee. I so dearly loved to dance and hike and miss it terribly. Thank you.

I am working on similar injuries all over my body from medical errors. Try to really learn Joe's work so that you understand HOW the healing will come about: what you need to do to change the biology of the body. It is a hard concept to fully understand, but once you do, then it all makes sense, even scientifically. Once you really understand what Joe is saying and apply it daily consistently, moment to moment, then you can hopefully see results, even instant results for some people. I know for me there were little details I wasn't fully getting--certain concepts I needed to study over and over--that I had to keep researching until a more perfect understanding of a step-by-step program to follow became more clear to me. And yes, in a nutshell, I think it IS divine intervention, but YOU caused it to happen by opening yourself up to allow the energy to come in and heal, or by using the energy you already have and were redirecting to other things. And you did this by taking focus off the negative things that siphon energy away and create counterproductive chemicals that do not heal but destroy tissues (like adrenaline, etc...). The trick once you fully understand, for me, is the moment-by-moment application in daily life, in addition to the meditations. That, in my understanding, is the key. Stay in the physiological spectrum of positive as much as possible, and then hopefully the body will heal itself. I wish you the best of luck!

I love Dr. Joe teachings, but I wish he had used another example when he talked about the rapists/angels. It is hard for the victims to grasp that analogy and could also put some pressure on them. Forgiveness is a process that begins loving yourself.

Yes, that was a line I stopped at to. He sent the angels disguised as rapists? I put the breaks on when I hear people claiming this power. How can a man disguise an angel as a rapist? I believe in the supernatural, and there are light and dark forces. I become sceptical at this point and refuse to go down the dark side of believing I can change an angels appearance.
