If you don't have access to hyperbaric chambers you can try Wim Hof breathing method. Breath holding techniques, or pick up freediving. Enjoy the meditation while breath holding seems to fix many health issues. I hope more people try the chambers or other breathing methods.

No money in it so it’s dismissed by those who prefer to profit greatly from pills and potions.

As someone who has done Hyperbarics treatment starting shortly before and during the pandemic I am a firm believer that it’s the reason why I didn’t get COVID for so long.
@Malcolm52522 жыл бұрын
I haven’t gotten sick at all since this pandemic started and I am a PSW and a student. No extra treatments, just universal precautions. I have no doubt this works for so many people.

I would like to see every hospital and clinic in the U.S.A with the chambers. Clinical trial of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for Covid-19 hypoxia and cytokines at Winthrop hospital in Mineola NY showed very good results.
@jac11613 жыл бұрын
It helped the cytokines? How long after did they receive the therapy? I'm a longhauler nurse (severe and high viral load) from NJ about to start next week! Praying it helps me and many!

Ozone therapy works for those who don't have access to this type of treatment. In the end both things infuse the body with oxygen, lets say extra oxygen, that can reach areas where the blood stream is poor .
@davidmiller49423 жыл бұрын
Yeah the health benefits of these chambers is fantastic. Also the Wim Hof breathing method is connected. intermittent hypoxic environments trigger the body to create more EPO and more oxygen. And related to stem cells. Hope the connection is found with all these to solve many health problems. Might be a while. haha

how do we get a chamber and from who?

Is the increased pressure necessary? Or could one gain similar benefits just by breathing 100% oxygen?
@kaoruyamazaki57242 жыл бұрын
The increased pressure combined with the pure oxygen IS what makes it therapeutic. It’s necessary

Hi. I am from Bangladesh. My mother is an oral cancer survivor. She got necrosis on her left jaw because of radio therapy. She has stainless steel on her operated area(mouth). Is it risky to take HBOT for her having stainless steel(scrue) on her mouth.? Urgent to know. Thanks

Dr Joe I am your viewer and admirer of your fascinating knowledge of many sciences. Is it possible to create video on humans consumption of Food Degree Hydrogen Peroxide. It sounds scary for me.

I would not think it’s relevant. It’s just a pressurized chamber. No magnets or lasers etc. It’s like diving underwater.
