I have a few barnacles and defects from age. I shower with hot water on my chest and scrub with a stiff bristle brush; not enough to harm skin but still aggressive. I use a soap and after rinsing the soap, I wash the area with hydrogen peroxide. I never have black head like conditions and my chest is smooth and healthy. II use a moisture cream and sun screen in the summer. I have no doubt that if I was not regularly and vigorously cleaning, they would be back. Good luck.

If anybody could clarify (apologies if I missed it, but I've looked): In his initial interview, this gentleman said that he was able to squeeze them out, but that they would grow back worse again. In the video you can see her grabbing some tissue out of each of the sites with tweezers after popping them. That’s the cyst sac, which is what allows it to come back if left in. Since she removed them, they *should* be gone for good

She’s also making incisions before popping too. Just popping like a regular spot would use too much pressure to break past the skin and damage the site more.

Think of cysts like balloons, if you just pop a hole in it and drain it out then the balloon “shell” is still in there and will fill back up again, but if you remove the “shell” then there is nowhere for the fluid to accumulate in again.

I don’t understand why people feel the need to say things to people about anything regarding their appearance. It’s obvious somebody who has this is aware and what good is it to ask somebody what they are? It’s so thoughtless because if people had any empathy they would know it would be uncomfortable for the person to have their problem be focused on. It’s not like it’s an issue that can be fixed immediately like spinach in the teeth. I’d want somebody to tell me about that.

Врачи не знали, что это, а потом одна знакомая увидела меня и пошла закрывать окно, так как мне нельзя быть на сквозняке, я удивилась почему, а она говорит, у тебя сквозниковые прыщи, тебе нельзя быть на сквозняке, мёрзнуть и лучше ноги держать в тепле, а я очень любила все окна на распашку. В итоге, все прошло само в течении пары месяцев и 15 лет уже не беспокоит. Пишу комментарий, вдруг кому-то будет полезно.
