Any small bump or flake of dry skin would have me going crazy. I had what I thought was a blackhead on my back. My bf worked on it some. It was itchy, so I went to an aesthetician and she got a bunch of ick out, but it filled back up. Went to a different aesthetician and she gently worked on it for seemingly hours...it was a cyst. So far it seems she successfully removed the root. It left a small hole so I worry. Would never go years without seeing about it. If it fills in I have to go to a doctor, probably a dermatologist. Waiting and living with that for so long like this woman, Wow!

Plus, the patient said past doctors have said it wasn't doing anything to just leave it alone. I can see where some people, especially older folks, would have just left it alone.
