Bought this chair after reading reviews..totally disappointed...chair not even ergonomic in any mode from sitting cushion,arm rest,back support,neck support,tilting mechanism,etc...cushion is very hard too..my old 4k office chair and 8k executive chair better than this crap...dont waste money on buying chairs online even greensouls too.. Go to shop and buy according to your comfort...wasted 18k due to stupid youtube fake reviews or they upgraded from plastic chair who never used ergonomic or gaming chair

Hello, I wanted to buy this one but one doubt - In Amazon, for teal color it is showing Product Dimensions as 62D x 72W x 136H but for any other color we have product dimensions as 52D x 72W x 136H. A bit afraid that 62 is a typo or actual value?

actually the exact mesurements of the product is properly decribed on there official website on amazon the dimensions are incorrect

Noise in the chairs comes due to loose screws and dry grooves. For this WD - 40 can be used. And it easily solves any noise. And always keep screws of tilt mechanism and back tightened. Added with butterfly mechanism is added to adjust the footrest. Along with its good. Frog mechanisms can not be adjusted with footrest sir.

Actually the problem is seller is not taking any sort of response for this sort of problem if wd-40 is required to lubricate then they should provide it ..As it is a brand new product we should not be facing any sort of issue with product

I got such issue ones in my weavemonster grey color. So I purchased one wd 40 from Local hardware shop for just 200/- and as guided by seller I added it in the holes of the screws of tilt mechanism and tightened the screws very hard. All went fine in 30 mins. It was magic. And now in 2-3 months I do it regularly. Previously I had green soul monster. Noise was there in that too and very loud. So noise is there in gaming chairs because of the weight and loose screws

Thats great that worked for you but as much i know a new chairs gas lift should not have any problem within few days..Generally the problem starts after 1or 2 years

Plus the seller has pathetic delivery..First i received a different product then next day in the morning bluedart boy came to me and told me he mistakenly had delivered wrong parcel to me..eventually delivering the right product

best chair for long sitting hours as it is made up of fabric it absorbs sweats and prevents irritation like leather

im currently using dr luxor leeroy yes surely you can use this chair for a long but if youll go for a white it will start looking dirty with time so go for a dark one

Dont buy guys it's a worst chair. Not even 3 months threads and seating cloth are torn out... Warranty and customer care service is also worst and they don't keep the promise to replace ...
