Wow. I have been a Christian my whole life and have never heard the story pieced together as to how we got to where we are. Not once. I've heard a b'zillion sermons. But I never once got schooled on what exactly happened at the Tower of Babel. Or where those creatures came from or even who they were. It's really hard to follow a faith when you really have no idea where it came from or what it's for to begin with.. It's been very hard. Thank you.

You can check everything out yourself. There are tons of tapes with him on KZbin. Just pray and look up the stuff he says for yourself. Don't just doubt him because someone replies to your comment and guilts you into not believing what's brought you joy. Don't believe anyone unless you check it out yourself and pray. God loves to teach you about himself, you just need to be watching, listening, reading, studying to give him opportunities to show you. God bless.

His book The Unseen Realm has almost as many footnotes as it does text. They would make for a good deep dive. But I agree, so much if the Bible makes sense that didn’t before. And I’ve been in church 47 years.

Michael Heiser is a charlatan and someone who constantly violates Deuteronomy 4:2. Heiser doesn't believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He believes they are myths and has stated such on video. That's Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. All of his video lectures consist of one main element which is redirection. Look at the titles of his videos. Most are redirections away from scripture toward himself. Heiser considers a man who murdered 58 people, exiled 76 more and banned all art of any kind including art of our Lord Jesus to have been a devout, dedicated Christian. Heiser also considers a man who wrote the book, "The Jews and their Lies" a devout Christian. The book was so horrible towards the Jewish people that Hitler reprinted the book to hand out to Nazi soldiers. Michael Heiser believes both men were dedicated, devout followers of Jesus Christ when nothing could be further from the truth. He has also stated that he has better religious conversations at UFO conferences than in church (not surprising). Heiser is a self-involved narcissistic egotist looking for followers for himself, not Jesus. He is a manipulator as his core. Interestingly enough, so are demons. What happens to a man who commits Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit yet still lives? Who owns their body and mind? His target audience is young white males. Heiser is in love with his own mind and likely young boys. Cessationists such as Heiser are the primary deceivers in the body of Christ and Heiser is at the top of the trash heap of corrupt minds. Cessationists have never met the conditions to receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit because they have no fear of the Lord and seek to control and manipulate. Something to consider... Be Warned.

Yes, thanks for doing this. Maybe I will start doing this for other videos. At 25:13, when he says, “…to be human is to be God’s image” he says something before that: “…and that, in turn means…” I would not get too hung up on the fact that “image” is a noun here. Technically it’s a verb phrase “be God’s image.” I think the point is to relate our contemporary language with that of the Bible. Sure, the word “be” seems to be used in active and passive voice, and maybe he is saying “to be (passive) human is to be (active) God’s image.” We say we “are human” today, which is passive, and distinct from “we are humaning”. That being said, I would like to hear more on the justification for using the word “in” the way he says it ought to be used. It kind of seems ad hoc to me at this point. I have Unseen Realm, and what he says in it about “in” is basically the same thing he says in this video. I suppose God’s blessing on man to be fruitful and multiply and rule over the earth, coming right after the verse “…in His image He created them,” is fairly strong, but to me it does not seem to require treatment of “in” as a function or a status. It does seem to make it an option though.

I'm currently reading his book "Reversing Hermon" not bad, but I've put it down for a moment to read Thomas Horn's "The Wormwood Prophecy". I must admit Dr. Heiser's is much more of an academic book; I've been through the first few chapters, and I'm still not sold on the importance of knowing this information, it is fascinating if correct however.

At 24.25.....Dr. Heiser makes a relevant observation that all the 3 members of the Trinity are co omniscient and Co eternal and as such do not need to announce the intent of creating makind to each other.... But my question is this..... is it beyond possibility that they were communicating with each other in the context of a communicative relationship. Lord Jesus when on earth always communicated with the Father through prayer..... Again how am I to understand why the Lord said that only God the father knew the day the world would have its last day and not even He knew..... And what is actually happening is that the Christians are being told that we are being "grafted into Israel" ( in unbelief) even including the "nations" ( of unbelievers) and the Jews have the same ecumenical pursuit as Rome (Coexist), because Israel in unbelief wants this 3rd temple. it will be as a "House of Prayer to All Nations" there in Jerusalem, as the Eternal Capital of the WORLD, awaiting their Messiah. (This is an impostor of Jesus the Jewish Christ & God Almighty Incarnate) . It is setting up for An Ai enhanced "Other Jesus, Paul warned. Rabbi Shapira, Mark Biltz, Rabbi J Bemis, and Benny Hinn have done work on this front, and televised it out. So NAR America and NAR Israel are fused together, and the end games of lies deception, organizing, and confusion,a nd connecting by so many teachers: is occurring now. As if that is not bad enough, the Noahide laws, the redirection of mankind kind as ONE under a Theocracy of a Dictator Jew, with "70 nations" ( Hesier taught about that) is on the table. Lance Wallnau ( NAR 7 Mountain Mandate says that the "church will sneak the nations -of unbelievers - into the Kingdom of God with the church. Are you aware of this forced Evangelism thing? I don't think everything this guy says, is correct. He makes it sound like Jesus was just representing the image of God, but Jesus was point blank, saying He is God.
