When a woman preaches among the brethren of Christ… 2 Corinthians 4:1 Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. 2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them” (NKJV). The apostle Paul according to the commandments of Christ wrote: 1 Timothy 2:11 “Let a woman learn in silence with all submission. 12 And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve” (NKJV). Under authority of Christ, the Apostle Paul wrote, note that what he wrote was for all the churches: 34 Women should be silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak but should be subordinate, as the law also says. 35 If there is something they want to learn, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church. 36 Or did the word of God originate with you? Or are you the only ones it has reached? 37 Anyone who claims to be a prophet or spiritual must acknowledge that what I am writing to you is a command of the Lord. 38 Anyone who does not recognize this is not to be recognized (1 Corinthians 14:33-38 NRSV). When a woman teaches the brethren, it is to their shame! Women, true daughters of the LORD are obedient to HIM, the apostle Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 11:2 “Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you. 3 But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. 4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonors his head. 5 But every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head, for that is one and the same as if her head were shaved. 6 For if a woman is not covered, let her also be shorn. But if it is shameful for a woman to be shorn or shaved, let her be covered. 7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but woman is the glory of man. 8 For man is not from woman, but woman from man. 9 Nor was man created for the woman, but woman for the man. 10 For this reason the woman ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. 11 Nevertheless, neither is man independent of woman, nor woman independent of man, in the Lord. 12 For as woman came from man, even so man also comes through woman; but all things are from God” (NKJV). Satan will raise up wise women to entice many to make void the word of God in these last days, therefore, see that you are not deceived. No matter how good a women preaches, teaches, no matter how esteemed she may be in the world, she is not obedient to Christ!
