I listen into them they have all of me . I try to receive eveything I can in those moments. Be a skilled listener.an effective listener. 'Agressive listening'. 4. Talk. Conversation. Ask questions, likes , fears, interests, favorites ...about things important to them. "Sometimes I feel like a drowning man needing meaningful conversation.". Interesting if excellence, God and self improvement. 5. Distinguish their 'difference'. Amplify thei difference. talk to them about it. 5 years ago. Difference of what you love, from others. Criticism diminishes influence. Anjah...in training a mistake is made, Immediatelly stop and go to something they are skilled at and enjoy and have them do that 10 times in a row...before trturning to the training. 6. Exposure to the presence of God. What you cannot do in the home let happen to them in the house of God., camps, meetings, etc. 7. Every right to expect you to prosper. Job; how hard have you looked what have you done with your spare time. Imagine: if. How many children did you feed today. Money doesn't change what you are, it makes you more than what you are; a magnifier. Theres a lot of things I want to do great for God.
