Reverse is possible if u lose weight, exercise and maintain strict diabetic diet. How long u will u maintain like that it depends on your efforts. I was diabetic for 10 years. By doing above things I was without tablet for 8 months then again sugar levels increased and started tablet. So it's in ur hands.
