You need to try the speedy zilean build. If you get the infinitely stacking ability haste augment, you can easily spam your abilities on zilean until you reach the cap (500). Then if you get the augment that gives you twice your movement speed as ability haste, that grants you 1000 movement speed when you have 500 ability haste. Then, if you use your e on zilean when it's maxed, it gives you a 99% speedup which is 2x your movement speed which would already be around 1600, so your final movement speed would be over 3000. If you get lucky and find the augment that heals you per distance traveled, you can probably run around forever in the fire and heal more than it harms.

speed has a soft cap, so you would lose like 40% of that movespeed to that soft cap.

Quantum don’t ult so early. Your ult is better utilized like half or below. Then you can reset cooldowns off fruit

My friend and I reduced 80,000 healing in one round against a Mundo cause he had the upgrade that gives you 500% increased health regen, then 1000% when low.
