Dr.Niaz Ahmad Akhter (Sitara e Imtiaz) is Vice Chancellor University of Punjab.He is renowned chemical Engineer and educationists of Pakistan.Before assuming the charge of V.C. Punjab University he also served as V.C. UET Taxila and Rector National Textile University Faisalabad.In this interview he talks to PTV about his personal life, career, achievements and his vision about development of higher education in Pakistan.
