Thanks sir If there is a large cpam in left lung causing significant mediastinal shift and compression of right lung. Is there a way to know if right lung is just collapsed or lung is hypoplastic. How does mediastinal shift effect prognosis

I know about this, on 8 jan 2024 i delivered my 6 months baby girl 😢 that was a termination, doctors said that she won't survive even till 8 months in my womb, Hydrops chances were there. So as per doctors advice we took that painful step. My baby's condition was CPAM stage 3.
