A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I am also suffering from male baldness(androgen alopecia) I have few questions sir.. Please help me by explaining what to eat and what to avoid in diet in this situation. Amazing video Doctor, I have an appointment with a dermatologist to examine my hair, as I feel my hairline is receding (currently unsure if mature hairline like my father, or baldness like one of my maternal uncles). Both my grandfathers, and my father have normal hair, with mature hairline. If the dermatologist does classify as male pattern baldness, I plan on using Propecia. My question is does the body eventually build resistance to Finasteride like some other medicinal treatments, or does Finasteride work indefinitely throughout ones life?
