Truly a strange and fantastic movie, and one of Jim Varney's best, if one of the darkest of his films. Imagine for a moment what would realistically happen if banks all over the world suddenly were completely scrambled one after another on a daily or weekly basis. No rhyme, no reason, just, BOOM! a random bank of Dr. Otto's choosing is suddenly completely btfo. It would be the end of society as we know it, but not, I think, the end of life on earth.
