I am 55 and I a m not a celebrity or have had any face lifts. I keep sunscreen on and take care of my skin. I have had 3 rf Microneedling sessions. That has helped my skin and colostrum. I eat a good diet , but include meat.

I honestly think that its a combination of 3 things, a healthy lifestyle, genes, and some cosmetic procedures. However i will also add that I've personally met dozens of people in my field that are very health oriented as well as vegetarians and have aged very gracefully because of it. Remember just because someone gets procedures done doesn't mean someone is healthy. You can tell based on her diet that she is very health oriented.

Plus ALL the research now confirms that vegetarian is not ideal. Yes, it’s tons better than the standard American diet for sure, but not ideal for most people. Surgery is what got her these results. And good for her. I just wish people would be honest and not misleading.
