What do you mean by removing zip for cleaning? My brother is doing ms in US, and bought it for my mother in India, so i wanted to know is there any cleaning or maintainance of it? User manual didn't state it clearly. Also I'm about 21 years and i used it, although my mother and grandmother enjoyed it, i didn't feel right like a human pressing legs, it doesn't press where i feel it should, be it in calf or foot, so i hope you advise me about these two questions, thank you. (By the way my brother bought it directly may be from Amazon so it costed 13499 so a little more haha)
