Yes I just used a fair amount of pressure on a bump in between my eyebrows :) It wasn't even a pimple (good ig, since pimples are infections?)

For a slightly deeper zit on the side of my nose that I was unable to pop and which grew into a full blown facial infection I was prescribed a course of antibiotics.. which didn't seem to catch on. The doctor's office was about to close for the weekend and the infection and my constant headache were getting worse. Called the GP who decided it was best that I check into the ER for evaluation. They made an incision and I could feel the pop through the local anesthetic. Sadly only later thought about how that could've made a great video for the channel (quite a juicy pop). Cleaned that up and was sent home with a course of amoxicillin. Took a few days to really feel like myself again but I'm glad it didn't get any worse.

Now you've got me wondering how many people, per year, go to the ER at the hospital, because they popped a zit on *The Triangle of Death* and found out after that it could cause blindness and possibly...death! *gasp!* Man, what i would give to have a recording of the trauma doctors and nurses reactions, who work the ER, when they get individuals in there for that, or for other ridiculous things. To be fair, if someone was that gullible or stupid, maybe the Drs SHOULD run some tests to see if they got brain damage recently. 😂

MD student here! Great question by the way. Usually veins in our bodies have valves, which control blood flow going in one direction. Weirdly, the main vein in our face closest to our skin, the facial vein, does not have valves. In the off chance that there is an infection around our mouth area, infection can spread from the facial vein region near the mouth back up to the cavernous sinus
