How do you setup the time

I have one. I got it for Christmas last year. But I'm sick of having to CONSTANTLY RESTART my stuck-in-2018 clock. It's been cutting off automatically in the middle of the night recently and I'm SICK OF IT. Do you guys have a new version where I don't have to always restart it.
