DR Pro Max-34 Brush Mower belt/PTO clutch replacement | remove motor of chasis

I recently bought the most cheapest DR Pro Max 34 for 400 bucks. It was fully intact. Only problem was the engine reviving at high RPM due to, according to the seller saying the mechanical governor inside the engine might have fallen apart inside. I hope that was the case where the governor claws just came apart without damaging any of the internal gears or other nearby parts. That would be an expensive fix. If just the governor was broken and everything was good then I would only have to spend $25 for the governor and maybe other parts. I hope it would cost me about $100 for parts. I wont know until I separated the engine casings. The would be part 1 of the tear down. While I was disassembling the motor, I would show you how to remove and replace parts when you either doing repairs or basic maintenance of the unit.

@@tonedubb4325 Finally figured out the rotating and lift method via pushing towards the tension pully with my right hand and lifting up on the belt with my left.
