Prime minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves was the feature speaker at a memorial lecture held last evening.
The second annual march 13th lecture was organized by the Grenada revolution memorial foundation, in collaboration with Groundation Grenada.
