I dont think Ruan Mei cares if anyone did know, its not like she's actively trying to hide it from anyone, she just doesn't trust anyone therefor never mention it, but she was fine with the MC knowing, and give them the cure so they can very much walk to Herta right now and tell her all about Ruan Mei's goals, if she really wanted to keep it a secret, she wouldn't have gotten the MC involved and even if she had to, she would've made sure they wont be able to speak a word to it to anyone else, which is not the case of how things ended is it now.

God, he’s very quickly becoming my favourite character and he isn’t even put yet. He just cracks me up by saying things I don’t expect, and yet they make perfect sense for his character. He’s extremely blunt and probably wouldn’t mean to come off as funny as he sounds. Like even in these lines, he starts out so kind, asking if something is troubling you… only to tell you to figure it out yourself, and if you can’t, you are the problem. 😂 I’m starting to think that the best word to describe him would be… arrogant. I thought he was a narcissist, but he’s far too open and aware about his flaws, and doesn’t seem to care about what others see him as. He strikes me as someone who is arrogant, because they believe themselves to be smarter than you and above most people- but that’s because he actually is, he’s merely just stating facts most people wouldn’t want to hear, and what comes off as very arrogant of him. But at heart, he seems quite nice. He seems to genuinely care about teaching others and seeing them become smarter. Even though his methods leave a bit to be desired… All in all, he seems the most sincere and well-meaning from the geniuses, oddly enough. Nah. He really does want to enter Genius Society. From his background story, he was actually waiting to be a member, to be gazed upon by Nous. But, when a secretary(?) handed him out a letter, he was excited but when he read the letter, the secretary(?) saw Ratio worn a defeated expression which the secretary believed that Ratio was waiting for a letter from the Genius Society but instead, he got a letter from the IPC inviting him for cooperation with them (IPC x Intelligentsia cooperation)

As much as I like Ruan Mei it’s pretty clear she’s got a hyper focus on her work and very little time for anything else. I don't want to say she has a disregard for others like Herta(or indifference?) but its clear the safety of others isn't exactly her top concern. Ratio seems to actually care about others and I do like that he doesn’t just bow to the genius society like others do.

I really wish Dr. Ratio would "ratio" Herta. Unlike Screwllum, Herta is the peak of what Dr. Ratio hates the most, an egoist genius with no regard to help others besides herself. She got an whole group of genius adoring her instead of focusing on themselves and she doesn't care at all about them abandoning their obssesion for her and focusing on theirselves, which is basically Dr. Ratio objective as "medical teacher." Also, he would teach Herta how to act like a human which would be great for future interaction

Now with 2.3, we have gotten something quite interesting: the Divirgent Universe. Created by Screwllum and Dr Ratio... Its just amazing to know that Screwllum, a robot, which is also part of the Genius Society, managed to cooperate with Dr Ratio. This speaks a lot for Screwllum, I mean he is anyways the kindest one we met so far from that Genius Society. But its still shocking that the kindest is a robot.
