I do not know much of Dr. Ray Hagin’s work. But I have heard him mention that what we believe in the Christian religion today and this includes the existence of Jesus was made up first at the Council of Nicaea in 325AD. So look for his video on the Council of Nicaea. When Christianity first started it was a branch of Judaism. Over 90% of those who referred themselves as Christians were Jews who followed Judaism eg going to the Synagogue on a sabbath, circumcised their sons, celebrated Jews festivals except that these Jews believed in a Messiah unlike mainstream Jews. The Romans who ruled Judaea back then could not tell the difference between a Jew and those who professed what we call Christianity they were that similar. It is only because Christianity became a Roman state religion and started to diverge from its Jewish roots under Constantine. Under Rome, Christianity adopted many so called pagan characters. Namely from Ancient Egypt Serapis, Horus and Greek Dionysus and Persian Mithra that Jesus was born.
