conveniently skipped a point for BC sealer whether it is easy to retrieve or not?

If you do Real World Endo's Hydraulic Condensation, it's easy to retreat. If you fill the whole canal with it, then obviously it's a cement fill and not easy to retreat. This is the reason why we developed Hydraulic condensation technique, to facilitate retreatment if needed. For HC, there's plenty of research showing it's easy to retreat.

@@AANasseh well in HC too u r using bc sealer as well bc coated cones but issue remains same as it is going to bond with dentin which surely won't be easy/nearly impossible to retrieve the cone. Ur videos are educational thanks for amazing work. I m willing to know u recommend to HC technique but is it better than 3D system obturation technique (back fill with gun)

@@sharadranjangoankar1172 In every study using any sealer with hurts percha it’s been shown that you are leaving both sealer and gotta percha on the walls during retreatment. So, that doesn’t make any difference what sealer/GP you are using. You won’t get everything out. Many studies show if you use 3D instruments you dramatically improve the cleaning of these sealer/GP tags on the walls (regardless of the type of sealer.) So, revision is not an issue for HC. Whether it’s better than WVC is a different story. Your cases succeed based on your irrigation and disinfection, not sealer/obturation. We know HC is just as good; but it’s simpler, more efficient, and less technique sensitive. So, if you qualify that as better then yes. It’s better.
