Sir, I am a serving jawan of the Indian army...and with very confidence and experience, I want to inform you that army officers cannot be compared with IAS IPS IRS and other civil services officers including bank officers in terms of skill, ability, knowledge, authority etc. It would be a sheer disregard to the position & knowledge of these civil services officers if u keep comparing them you guys...Sir, plz stop daydreaming. You can compare army officers with clerks in civil organization like bank clerk, UDC, office clerk etc. Tell me army officers apne service ke dauraan apne hi army jawano ko harrassment aur unke entitlement chinne ke alawa aur kiya karta he Jo aaplog apne aapko civilian officers ke barabar samjh rhe ho? Army officers ko IAS IPS IRS and other civil services officers k ped dhoke woh pani peena chahiye tab shayad aaplogo me thora akal aur sensitivity develop ho jaye.
