I’m curious, as an agent, what is it about Life Insurance that makes you not want to sell it? Legitimate question.
@selfprojects19534 күн бұрын
@ the way it’s marketed. Term life should be sold in debt increments and earning years. It’s the answer to not leaving debt if you pass unexpectedly and that’s it. While is a savings account that’s tax and interest free. It should be started when you’re 2 or less and done on a term limit (paid in full / mature at a certain date). And that’s it. Other vehicles are tax schemes for the wealthy to pay taxes on money now that grows in worth and doesn’t get taxed again. Criminal behavior. But you have two extremes in the selling. Well 3 if you include people like Pbd and MLMs. But one extreme is all life is good life and you can’t have enough. False. They’ll never pay out and you’ll only pay in. The other extreme is Dave Ramsey who tells people only buy term but had multiple whole life and universal life products with State Farm. The marketing is the scam. The product is not when used by an ethical agent. But thanks to the market clients think they know too much and get mad when you say otherwise. I find it’s better just to avoid it than get yelled at for doing the right thing or feel bad cuz I scammed someone that begged to be scammed.

Correct. Capitalism is the commodification of everything to include land, money, and people, to then be exploited until exhaustion or collapse. Economists call this rent-seeking behavior. Unregulated capitalism concentrates markets and wealth until they become unstable and collapse. The real economy is starved of all the hoarded capital. They keep doing this because it allows psychopathic fiends to become fabulously wealthy, and they share just enough of that wealth to make it happen. Or in other words, the rich then corrupt the governments to make it happen and keep it that way. Commerce has been around for thousands of years, capitalism started in the 1600's with the Portugese. Capital mobility loses its appeal when it get hoarded in the hands of a few.

How come I’ve never had an insurance issue since 1983? I’m not trolling here . I don’t have a story. I don’t know a person who has a story. I completely believe the people who are getting screwed are getting screwed. Don’t get me wrong and I get it that my health insurance has been predicated on employment but my health insurance story is not even remotely close to anything I am hearing here so apparently some companies can do good. That’s all I’m saying.
They're never doing good. The service they provide, which is a financial one, could be gotten rid of. They're not doing anyone a favor even if they covered 100% of all claims, and they are most definitely extortionists, if not pure parasites. Or maybe they're both. And insurance companies aren't the only people making a lot of money off of the life or death necessity of medical care. It's a captive market, which they and others exploit, when the govt., or let's just say society collectively, could pay for all of it, making it effectively free of charge, and no new taxes and no nothing. But far less purely profitable, or remunerative. Insurance companies essentially financialize medical care, and that way all kinds of people can get rich off it. Insurance, big pharma, doctors, medical suppliers, professional administrators, the works....

I'm sorry, she stopped in the middle of surgery to take a phone call from the insurance company? Has anyone else corroborated her story? I just find it hard to believe that if this actually happened, she wouldn't have told them to buzz off.
