Dr. Sean Henderson - Transurethral Incision Of Bladder Neck Contracture With Mitomycin C

This video explains my method of taking care of difficult to treat scar tissue at the bladder neck with cutting the scar open minimally-invasively through a cystoscope and injecting anti-scarring medication know as mitomycin C. This helps open and keep open bladder neck scarring and decrease the symptoms of outlet obstruction or urinary obstruction from the scar tissue.
