Thanks for reupping. I wasn't part of the fandom, but I'm really fond of the Dr. Steel project for its sound, aesthetics, and early example of an Internet alter ego. It's all Y2K as hell.

Surprisingly, no one really knows right now, not even the guy who was behind Dr Steel. He had nothing to do with the digital distribution of his music, so he's as clueless as us...
