It’s not the ending I particularly wanted but I will never say it ruins this series for me. Dr stone is a true landmark of a series with an inspiring message I will always carry in my heart

@Diavolo Jaegar I think it's cool it's a parasite. A scientific answer to the entire plot, it wouldn't make sense for it to just be some random alien "I want to destroy the earth" blah blah blah plot.

My sentiments exactly, a less-than-exciting or even disappointing ending could never tarnish the experience I had reading this manga, it was such a fun experience with a lot of truly epic moments.
It's been a long journey ... I remember I started reading it when it was at chapter 50 when I was in 7th grade, now I'm in 11th grade a year away from graduating high school, reading it weekly was one of those little things that helped me surviving entire months I was completely ignored and felt like a ghost among people. I'll miss the weekly dr.ston chapter a lot

Senku was what kept me going the past few years. A reminder that, no matter how many evil people are out there that lie about science, there are honest people out there too that legitimately want to help and get shut down because of it.

This feels like an ending but also a new beginning. Well, even if they leave it like this it's extremely good. A fantastic (and elegant) journey that has kept me locked on this story to the end. Truly exhilarating.
If I’m studying science in college is because of this manga. Thanks Dr. Stone for helping me discover my passion and for being there every week since two years ago. And thanks Senku, for being part of my life.
I wasn't much interested in science in school but after I read this manga I started to miss science where Im relearning everything I missed. To some of us this isn't just a story it's a way of showing how amazing science can be. Thank you so much for the 5 years of hard work. Loved your work and God bless you Waiting for the anime as well.
Thank you so much Dr. Stone for existing. I knew science is fun, but never like this fun! I enjoy it a lot, this become my favorite series of all time. The story is just amazing, I could never ask for a better ending. Although that's not all true, I still want to see more of Senku's next journey, but there will be always a time to say goodbye. So I say, get excited about the future!
i started reading years ago just before stone wars arc was finished on manga. i remember how hyped that dr stone was getting an anime adpatation, now im crying like a hose now that its finished. it was exhilarating, 10 billion % my favorite series ever. sayonara, dr stone.
Thank you Riichirou Inagaki, thank you Boichi, thank you Caleb Cook, thank you Science Consultant Kurare, thank you for working on Dr. Stone and creating a beautiful journey. Thank you for exhilarating us for 5 years. I will miss the world of Dr. Stone and Senku every week.
It gives a sharp pain in my chest to know that this masterpiece has ended. It truly was an end to end diamond! As Senku said, "Get excited!" I am ten billion percent excited for all those awesome arcs to be animated. 🤩
I fell in love with Dr. Stone since the first manga chapter. It was so overwhelming: the art, the characters and the story behind everything. I will remember with love all those sunday's mornings reading a new chapter of the adventures and creations of Senkuu. Thank you so much for this wonderful story that inspired me to learning more about science.
