The story of Noah and his son wasn't about a child not listening to his father. It's showing us that if your child disbelieves you have to learn to let them go because now it's between that person and his Creator. The only reason his son died in the flood was because he disbelieved. Dr Zakir Naik gave a very clear cut answer but you guys didnt quite understand it. As far as the Holy Books. The Qur'an is the only book that has been preserved word for word since its revelation. The Arabic remains unchanged

I have always liked your reactions but sadly, I think you weren't patient in this video or were a bit close minded, I really mean no offense. He gave an entire chapter of the quran which talks about the story of Noah and his unbelieving son, the reason God narrates stories from prophets of the past is to learn a lesson from them. In Noah's case, it was his wife and son. So if our wives or sons were to commit the same acts and disbelieve in Allah then they no longer become a part of our family. No sane man would kill their children and nowhere in the quran does it say you must kill a child if he converts but disowning him is allowed. He no longer has a place with you and can leave on his own, even if the state decides to kill him, our interference is not necessary because he is no longer a son. Moreover, about your statement. The son of Noah AS and his wife did not climb the boat, they both died.

@@JayBina Because for Muslims, it is different. If a christian, jew or non believer converts to Islam then Allah will erase all his deeds like the day he was born. If the worst disbeliever on earth on his last breath says "la illaha illa Allah" from the bottom of his heart meaning there is no God but Allah, he will grant him paradise because he has believed. However, if a muslim who prayed, did the obligations of Islam converts to another religion and commits shirk (associate partners with God), Allah will not forgive. Even in your bible, God says the same. In the book of romans, chapter 1, verse 22. He says (not exact words, check your bible): Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools and changed the glory of the incorruptible god into an image of corruptible man so god punished them. God does not forgive anyone who associates partners with him so a son is no exception. Prophet Muhammad, the most beloved prophet of god cried for days and nights asking Allah to grant his uncle Abu Talib jannah when he died as a disbeliever due to indecisiveness on who to follow, the people of mecca or Muhammad because he shielded him from the idol worshippers, Allah said to him: "It is not you but Allah who guides whoever he wills and Indeed, he is the best of guiders". When Abraham, the man Allah gave the title khalilullah (friend of Allah) and shielded, hailed and praised him many times in the quran prayed for days and preached his father to believe in Allah, his father refused to believe and died as a disbeliever so Allah sent him to hell with the disbelievers like the pharaoh. Not even the angels are an exception, no human can be given forgiveness if they come to the truth and go back to worshipping idolatry. When the arabs got confused the moment the prophet died, Abu Bakr assiddiq meaning the truthful came and said upon them: Whoever worships muhammad, he has died but whoever worships Allah, he is forever living for verily, Allah said: Muhammad was naught but a messenger, many were the messengers before him. Were he to die or get killed ,will you go back(to worshipping idols). Verily those who go back will not affect Allah, and Allah will reward those who are thankful (Chapter Ali Imran). The main concept is that if you associate partners with Allah, the doors of forgiveness are closed, it is the one unforgivable sin in all three abrahamic religions.

I agree that most of the Holy books have been changed when they were translated. But the Quran has remained the same from the time of its revelations to this day and age and is also in its original language (i.e. Arabic). But I Encourage you to research this, as Islam encourages everyone to research and think. (and don't just take my word for it you have to research yourselves) There is a Challenge in The Quran: with the aim of proving the Quran's superiority over any work. The Quran says that this is impossible to achieve. (This challenge makes sense in the Arabic language as Quran in this language is the word of Allah, the translations are not the word of Allah but rather the translations of the word of Allah. Therefore it has to be in Arabic. and also if you listen to the Quran in Arabic you will come to find that it has a very unique rhythm to it) Non-Muslims are challenged to produce a "statement" or speech similar to the Quran one verse, and challenged to produce either one or ten similar chapters in others. Another verse states that neither humans nor jinn could create a book like it, even if they were working together. Some of the verses of Quran which mentioned the challenge: “And if you all are in doubt about what I have revealed to My servant, bring a single chapter like it, and call your witnesses besides God if you are truthful (24) But if you do not do this, and you can never do this, then fear the Fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers and which shall have men and stones for fuel” (Quran 2:23-24) “Or do they say that he has invented it? Say (to them), ‘Bring ten invented chapters like it, and call (for help) on whomever you can besides God, if you are truthful.” (Quran 11:13) “Say: ‘If all mankind and the jinn would come together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce its like even though they exerted all and their strength in aiding one another.” (Quran 17:88) I am hoping you will research this topic and come to the conclusion yourself.

What a father... Thank God when I told my mom I don't know if I'm still protestant and that I want to know other religions, she said that she was sad, maybe she cried, but that's all... She said I'm adult, that she can't control me and that she should respect it (despite the pain). I can't even imagine the pain of someone whose father is like him in this situation... And that's not about being Muslim. I know a lot of Muslim people who would not react like this. They would respect their children and support them even if they don't agree with their faith.

Assalumualaikum Guys I will tell u one example that if a women does not obey his husband and fulfill the wishes of other persons (it is just an example ) so what will her husband will do. Obviously he will not accept it and punishes her..... As the same the Allah who created the whole humanity ,,,, would he accept that u leave him and do whatever u wanna to do . Dr.zakir never runs from questions. Just you don't understand what he is saying " he and his family are 100% convinced of islam so there is no 1% of doubt. So they will not convert to any other religion (by god's permission) of course. Even they convert the others to islam!! " So Question here has no meaning?! You should listen to the whole video and understand what is the point. Before you begin commenting on (single words) . an advice if you are willing to learn about islam. Also he gave a perfect example of Noah (PBOH) as he was a muslim but i think you both don't know this !! His son was a disbeliever so he doesn't belong to Noah. It's not about disobeying Noah's command ! But Disobeying (ALLAH) (SWT). Finally your Channel and reactions don't influence anybody neither has an effect on any body. Guys you don't understand what Dr.Zakir said at all actually it was a very direct answer he said it clearly if my son convert i will abound him , so the guy asked what would you do if your son convert and that is exactly the judgment of islam according to Quraan you must abound your son if he converts . And the story he gave is about prophet Noah and his son didn't follow the revelation that came on the prophet Noah peace be upon him so the prophet abounded him .

He did not run away he just answered the question is the most understanding way possible. it is true that he could have answered it more best. He knows more about the world religion than you and he has said so many important points to convince a non-muslim to convert to islam. Remember, Muslims are more Christain than the Christians themself because we follow and love Jesus more than the Christians themself.
