how u learn to play him, u just start to top lane or jungle to learn than swap lanes ? i mean u mastered him and the game at least in my personal opinion ^^

I played lane Yi every now and then even back in the days when i started, alot has changed since then and in the past it was very hard to get him to work in lane duo to high mana costs, high CD's and small attack range. But alot of those issues got fixed when he got changes/buffs over the years and nowadays i've started to play him even more in lane then in the jungle. I'd say that you can seriously think about trying him out atm. You need alot of experience about all the matchups of course and there are still some small problems to make it a perfectly reliable thing but once you get going you will start to improve and at some point you might be able to handle most situations similar to how i can. Besides knowing how to play yi and abusing some little tricks that he has like stacking up your double strike before engaging or using his autoattack reset for dps or to block hard hitting enemy abilities, there's also a few fundamental things to keep in mind to be able to lane properly: like lane control, pushing waves, freezing waves, being aware of ganks, respecting powerspikes or level advantages, how to farm efficiently in lane or under the turret, how to roam efficiently, how to harass in lane or under the turret, how and when to tower dive but everything is learnable and im the best example for that.
