Such a nice edit! And you chose the music perfectly. It just describes how miserable and lonely Draco is feeling. And I really feel sorry for him. You can see the fear and despair on his face, especially during two scenes: crying in the bathroom and attempting (and failing) to kill Dumbledore. Totally agree with you! I actually feel the same way about him. And though he was rich from a material point of view, he was actually poor because he never had any real friends. Crabbe and Goyle were more like cowards trying to hide behind him because they found him more powerful. Kind of like Peter Pettigrew and the marauders: he stook by them because they could protect him. Same goes with Crabbe and Goyle: they stick with Draco just for their own personal gain, which makes them both even worse jerks than he is. They just ditched him as soon as they considered it wasn't their best interest. No wonder he felt lonely and miserable! The only person who genuinely loved him was his mother. But let's be honest: that's not enough. What's life without at least one TRUE friend? Having no one he could actually trust made him even more freaked out and desperate. Poor guy!😔😢
