Hi, I have a Dracool Keyboard for my IPad Pro 12.9 inch ( 4th generation) quick question my LED brightness isn’t working when i click on them as they are linked to the shift and enter button, not its own individual button if that makes sense. So if yu can please can yu show me how i can change the LED colours, they once used to work my somehow my brother took it off x

try with another deivce to isolate the issue if the keyboard or the device. if its the device reasch out to the seller for more support
