James is such an amazing actor and has such a ravishing voice. I do believe he fully accepted responsibility for what happened 14 years ago. He deserved his second chace for sure. And he is a wonderful Phantom)))

She (an aspiring actress) came to him after a showing of Beauty and the Beast (not sure if it was that or Jane Eyre, but I'm pretty sure) and he agreed to give her some tutoring. She visited him at his apartment and he received oral sex from her. At first he said he was unaware she was (1 year or less) under the age of consent, but later said the opposite. He was convicted and served his sentence/service. Afterward his probation officer considered him to be reformed and trustworthy.
