This Dracula's ability reminds me from anime style called genjutsu that make the victim had a sweetdream or nightmare, and the ending it just like Itachi kill Izumi. And that coming from the victim's skin it's like Orochimaru. I think Moffat is a bit of weeb🗿😂

OK one thing i noticed in Dracula is in all of the story's is if Dracula feeds on you and you drink his blood and you die don't you turn into a vampire???

some people torns to undeads, with/or without any bite. But to become vampire You must be special and lerned by Dracula.
