I just wanna say: Your worker callin in sick is probs the coolest tiny feature ive ever seen in a game where it lets you manage other workers. Ive nvr seen a mgmt sim before where your workers can actually call in sick; nvr rly noticed that one bit of missing realism but now i totes will notice that in almost all mgmt sims, my workers get zero sick days and zero days off; no bereavement days even. Tiny features like this are what makes a mgmt sim game truly feel like an accurate simulation of whatever youre the manager of
