The superalloy mine is around the outside of the iridium cave, past the opening in the wall, and the outside of the superalloy mine has three vertical pillars. On the inside there is a fork in the path, it doesn’t matter where you place the ore extractor, but go to the end of the left path for a cool surprise.

You actually need the ore extracted teir 2 for supper alloy, osmium and uranium. So teir 1 only works for aluminum, iron, iridium and sulfur

Drae: gets the 600% multiplier seed. Also Drae: puts it in a T1 vegi tube 😂 (If you don’t know the oxygen multiplier, multiplies the oxygen output of that machine, so you should put all your best seeds on your most advanced oxygen generating equipment eg, T3 vegi tube or even better, T2 flower spreader.)

Your assumption about the caves being where to get ore is correct, but that cave is for Osmium, not super alloy. You also need a T2 ore extractor for super alloy, uranium, and osmium. You found the iridium mine, but you can also use the T1 ore extractor in the yellow foggy area behind the iridium mine to get sulfur or in the area with the large grey rocks for aluminum. Placing them anywhere else creates an iron mine to get basic resources like you saw, but I found those to be useless since the other mines also get those resources.

there is i hidden room in the ship that you entered at the start of the clip. if you follow the right path then go up the ladder and continue to the end there is a wall that can be deconstructed on the far right hand side which reveled 3 crates one with a unique tree seed.

Deconstructing stuff automatically returns all of the materials used to build it. The recycling machine is for breaking down things like iridium rods, uranium rods, and super alloy into the base items used to craft them.

Also useful to get the recourses from things like backpacks if u make one by mistake. Also turns water and air bottles into the blue stuff.

You need a Tier 2 Ore Miner in order to collect the Super Alloy from the Super alloy mine surprised nobody informed you of that @Drae. Same goes for Iridium and Osmium Tier 2 grants the extraction of rare resources .

Quick Tips, no spoilers. Super Alloy can be made in the Advanced Craft Station, needs 6 different metals. Ore Extractor T1 can mine up to iridium/aluminum needs to be build in their areas (each ore area has an ambient color), build a couple until you need osmium back. Rockets have descriptions above and below the ingredients so you know what kind of global buff they give, usually 1000%. Recicler only works on items, for machines use deconstruct mode. I use it to open up space in chests, ie. 1 uranium rod instead of 9 uranium or 1 oxygen tank instead of 2 cobalt. Use better flowers in better machines they give out more oxygen.

The rocket tells you what it benefits at the bottom underneath the recipe, so the one that isn’t for heat helps pressure, they also tell you the percentage, love the vids ;)

those wind turbines are still providing you power, once underwater you'll lose power. You get everything back if you decontruct so just move them

Drae, I don’t think your first base location is bad, if it filled up with water, and your base was being built upward, you could have an underwater base that meets the surface and it would also be tall enough to be able to have an entrance where your current base is. Actually, maybe try that idea out, I hope that turns out well.

I'm playing this game due to Drae. I am close to Flora stage. Once you get ore extractor place 2 in the wierd metal land and it will harvest aluminum. You can craft all the super alloy you want. The cloudy field (sulfur field) place 2 ore extractor there for sulfur. I random spawn and ended up by the sand waterfall. I hate to tell you Drae, but this game get bigger. I'm late game and my base is roughly the size of 15 big living compartment with all the labs atm.

Hey here are some hints: you can place a little base with a mapping screen and see the entire area where the little base is located. If it doesn't work you need to launch a GPS Satellite T2. Also, for some resources you need an ore extractor T2. Great series!

I get that you're trying to big this game up and I absolutely love the fact you'd rather highlight small dev group games instead of the same AAA games everyone else tries to make content on. But saying that, with this game, the way you at least seem to enjoy it, you NEED to play no man's sky again, it's so much more than when you played 5 years ago. Hey Drae. T1 extractor only extracts primary resources like iron, titanium cobalt and such items. you need T2 for specific items. And also. on the ship that hanging on the cliff in the canyon on top off the ridges there wil be loads of super alloy. just a few helpfull tips in case you see it and want them .

To save storage space for now just turn your iridium and uranium into rods. You have a recycler so you can convert them back. Also, anything that is craft able can be converted back into basic resources. Ex. super alloy, rocket engines, water bottles, oxygen bottles, etc. Under the materials of the rockets is the multiplier of a certain terraforming piece like pressure and heat. Iridium rockets give pressure. Later you can get biomass and oxygen. Also you don't have to worry about the algae generators they float up towards the surface and produce algae for you to collect.

A tip for storage, if you connect two buildings to each other, put the locker in between the two, and delete one of the buildings, the locker will be half in and half out. Gives you more room.

There is a super secret room at the starting area, the rock wall you see from your base on the other side of the water, there is a part of the wall you can deconstruct if you follow it when going left. It is very hard to find, but it is insanely worth it. Also keep your eyes open, there are many more secrets to find in this game and some may be right in front of you and you don't even see them like more underground bases.

There are a couple mods that make this game so much more enjoyable. I would suggest "Remote Storage Access" and "Craft from Containers" After you install the mods if you go to the config file for each mod and change "Range" from 20 to 2000 it makes the game much less "grindy". The mods are available on the nexus.

Drae, you can manufacture SuperAlloy with an advanced Crafting Machine (the same one where you build the Rocket engines and Rods.) Also, you can get basic components to make the SA with the Ore Extractor placed on an Iron or Aluminum area. The Extractor a;so can find Sulfur and Iridium. (Other rare components including SA require a Tier 2 Extractor which you will find later in the game when you develop more. Yes you are right you should place it to find the rare elements where you discovered them.) The problem you had is you did not remove the components on the ground when you tried to place the extractor. *YOU were right about the placement* to find needed materials. Grats on your Golden Crate but you need to remember to *deconstruct your golden crates* as it gives you *Aluminum and superAlloy* The recycler is for returning basic components from crafted components, (not Earth Day) when you place multiple Ore Extractors you will have too many of some components eventually. I recommend placing a Shredder next to the extractor(s.) More stuff will make sense when you have lakes. But yes, you are done with found items at the time of this Early Access.

The blue cave is the osmium cave and you need the tier 2 ore extractor to mine that and the super alloy, as well as a couple of other high tier ores. Hopefully this helps, can't wait to see more.

Hi Drae, there is a dead body behind a rock on the rockwall in front of your base. It woud help you to find it when you have the deconstruction tool out. PS. The recycler can recycle materials that you can craft, like super aloy into the rescorces you crafted it from.

you can find super alloy in the tight canyon area, also the minner mines a group of random resources from the surroundings, just because you don't see it at first DOESN'T mean its not going to work eventually..... of course you could always craft it at a work bench..... actually that's much easier, please use the work bench to craft super alloy, its possible, i've seen others do it

When you break down items, you get 100% of the resources used to make it back. You can just disassemble the machines you want to recycle and you get all the resources back.

The recycler is only really for deconstructing crafted items like iridium/uranium rods or rocket engines. Everything else can be deconstructed and receive full value.

it is also a good idea to leave ans many chests unopened as possible until you reach trees as this effects the loot tables. i rushed around opening every chest i could but the 2 chests i opened after reaching trees BOTH had pulsar quartz in them. in order to get pulsar quarts you need zeolite. zeolite does not spawn until you reach trees and then in only LIMITED numbers IT DOES NOT RE-SPAWN and is used in many late game constructions. for example the fusion reactor the best power producer requires 5 pulsar quarts which each require one zeolite.

there are 11 golden chests each with a golden seed. but i have never in my entire playthrough found a golden seed just sitting in the open like this... i guess your a lucky man finding one like that.

- tier 1 miner can mine only the basic resources: iron, silicon, cobalt, titanium, magnesium, iridium, aluminum and sulfur (iridium, aluminum and sulfur can be only mined at special locations) - tier 2 miner can mine rare resources: uranium, osmium and superalloy - since superalloy can by crafted with aluminum it's a good idea to place a T1 miner in the aluminum field (the glittery "mushroom" rocks) until you can get the T2 miner - I hope you will find the crash site since you build a lamp there instead of a beacon - there is currently only one finite crafting resource in the game (everything built from it is also finite), besides the seeds which are also finite, everything else can by mined or crafted

Drae the shredder is for destroying items not the recycler. Also you can get all base items, sulphur and aluminium with the t1 extractor. Osmium, uranium and superalloy need t2 which is at the end of the pressure path. It is very late game. And you already decoded all chips so yea. Also use more rockets because late game is very grindy.

I was very confused about the ore extractors as well. It doesn't always mine the things on the ground. There are single specific biomes that give you specific resources. Also the smoky area before the massive sandfull has a ton of sulfur, and the ore extractor will get sulfur from there.
