One thing I really appreciate about this game and the world they built is how the stations and habits are different… it feels like remnants of older expeditions and maybe different companies/countries who left tech behind that looks similar but not the same. Theres a handful of different schemes of style, door types, habitat types… etc.

There is a wastebasket in the workshop next to the terminal where you can allocate how much water and power go to the growing things. If you manage to drop something into that wastebasket it will be deleted from the game. That's how you can get rid of those extra seed canisters.

The first rock you tried is probably a meteorite chunk. Those are solid and every piece gets to a small piece that you can pickup. Very nice indeed, and I welcome these showers. Always good and easy to grab resources :)

you need to make missiles for the meteor defense to work. you make the kit in the printer on the resource crusher building. and you can pick up the small resource bits with the crane, just need to be a little bit more precise to get them, or break off a chunk of the rock and put it in the trailer

Good video with so much unlocked, and no way it was too long. It was not nearly long enough! A lot to unpack if you don’t mind as it may all be a help to you and to others who are thinking about this game- (1) you need to make rockets at the big crusher to supply the meteor defence system pieces. You make one batch of rockets and it actually gives you five, but you have to assemble them before loading them in to the rocket launcher, and that assembly is a bit tricky. Look on line for the “how to”. (2) the basket in the workshop is where you dump the empty seed canisters- hold it in your hands over the basket and right click (3) the radar is not for clearing the map but is for flying drones and remotely operating the rover - it’s a signal booster really. (4) stuff falls through the ground with alarming frequency - always valuable tablets and circuit boards - never sheet metal pieces! Can’t believe the developers have not fixed this yet (5) for drilling there are three stages - untouched big rocks which you drill, then they become multiple chunks which say “ready for loading” if you are standing at them, but if you are in your rover a green cross will be seen when you hover the drill or the grabber over it. If you kept drilling that big chunk would then whittle down to a small bit of ore which is the same as you get when hand drilling. So try and watch for the green cross and don’t keep drilling. When you see the green cross you can press the “E” key and it will automatically lift and deposit the chunk for you - although that bit might be a technology unlock. (6) you could attach a bigger water tank onto the current water tank, leaving the sabatier reactor upgrade to use for oxygen or methane- you can attach one either side of the well but each attachment needs an additional 5kw of power and of course neither will produce at night unless attached to a battery. Producing water with the sabatier is actually a bit of a waste (7) finally, be very careful with the jet pack and save often. My computer struggles to run this game and the lag issues always happen when I am coming in to land with my jet pack. Have died dozens of times!!

17 minutes = realllly long? O.o Drae I would watch the whole video even if it was a few hours long! For the empty seed magazines, you can drop them in the garbage can beside the power console in the workshop, or drop them in the crusher ( just don't fall in it )

Drae. I think your power issue probably isnt your solar panels since you have a huge amount of them. The issue is probably the fact that you need more power storage since you consume a lot of power but dont produce any at night. You haven't upgraded your power storage in a while but your power consumption has definitely gone up which means you will definitely start to run out overnight soon if you arent already.

At a guess, I imagine the antenna shows a static area directly around it on the map. So if you're standing right next to it, it may not look like the map is larger but if you're away from it you may still be able to see that area.

If you output all of he power from the solar panels in the module, it will not store the overhead power produced. You should output only what you need and the batteries will store the rest of the power, then it will have enough power overnight.

-Pro'lly stupid to say this but oh well- There is an indicator for the crane, you'll see a circle with an X in it. Obviously the red means you can't grab it, and the green means you can grab it. Also we (I) are hoping for a base focused video, like expanding- or- expanding- or uh increasing the food, and water production so you can go out a lot longer-

BLUEPRINTS REFRESH. Find blueprint at location, save game, grab blueprint and read, if you don’t like it reload and you will have a different blueprint. Results may very. But it works. Also items in the ground can be reset with a reload. Driving the rover in 3rd person can cause items to fall threw the ground

If you realize a tablet (or anything of interest) is way below the surface or under something you can’t get to, I’ve seen others save their game, exit, and reload it and the tablet has been on the surface. Some glitch when the map loads.

Very hilarious if the jetpack slightly faster than walking but besides that it provides no benefits whatsoever it's lower than the ATV slower than all the other vehicles and he tried to get it cuz he thought all of me some super vehicle know it just allows you to float 2 ft off the ground but soon move like 5% faster than walking while moving slower than anything else
