Drae, you don't need wool yet. You can make cloth out of 100% cotton. You just have to click activate on Cotton cloth. Then you can determine what to do with the cloth; store or distribute. Distribute if you then want to make clothes at a Tailor.

@Drae Look at Recipe 17:39 - You need only cotton. There is option to make fabric from cotton or wool.

With the use of AI its always handy to do at least the outer edge of your field yourself, especially if its a weird shape. If you do the outside first then the AI knows its boundaries and wont usually do anything weird. They always run parallel lines as well, but hopefully a mod comes out similar to fs19 where you can program heaps of different routes for the AI, but for now were stuck with Giants tech aha

I don't know if it's the same in FS22 but in FS17 the AI will still do the field as if it hasn't been touched even if you do the outside, so doing the outside doesn't as much tell it where to go as it does give it a buffer to turn around without leaving patches of field unharvested

They should have implemented a courseplay style system where you can pick a headland etc, they added auto drive so clearly know their way round it

When you need to do rows, dont do row by row, do bigger circles. for example if you have a 20 row farm. Dont do row 1 then 2 then 3. Do row 1 then row 5 then row 2 then row 6 that way you dont have to back up and keep readjusting. kind like the way a Zamboni does an ice rink.

The John Deere only makes round bales with a 10k capacity.....the Case makes 20k bales. Its all down to how many bales u wanna handle

Very much so wrong my boy, void train is tba on the release date but sometime next year.

It seems that a lot of other KZbinrs have been playing more of the game more and more all the way up to get a pet and unlock a few new places and things. So even if thats just the demo then drae can still have a good video and game play until he gets to the end of the demo or whatever. The game is out enough to where drae can do a lot more then when he first tryed it. Even if it comes out next year fully. Ps. I said i believe. From many other videos it seems done. So yeah it might not actually done. But it would still be cool to see drae do a updated void train video.

Some have already commented, so this is my 2 cents; In FS 2019 I found if you not only harvest the edges (or any other operation), but also *square up* the unusual shape of the field, the A.I. will finish the entire field. Curves and angled edges don't seem to register with the A.I. It normally won't run the equipment out beyond any part of the field so an angled edge gets worked in a stair-step manner, leaving triangles of unfinished work. Also, when you plant you should plant in straight rows regardless of the shape of the field. It's NOT what you would go in the real world but the planter will only cultivate and plant in the field in the game, and ignores the grassy areas. The AI (I think) prefers to follow the planted rows - or at least it seems to do a more thorough job

Weeds are best dealt with as soon as possible, weeders remove the weeds from the crop and allows the best yield, where spraying only kills the weeds and stops them from growing but if you have 70% weeds then you have 70% weeds and that's a deficit to your yield

Try to fuse 2 large fields together, and fill that up with cotton again. 68 and 69 are perfect. Plow the road in between and your set. Note.. you need a large plow to get it done in one go

The cultivator, disc harrow and power harrow basically do the same thing and you don't need wool for fabric or clothing.

As somebody who uses a CP690 (the cotton harvester [picker]) the size is very realistic and the bailing mechanics are also real, power washing and cleaning them definitely sucks but they are massive and pick a ton of cotton!!

You should try picking up the rocks. In a normal game play they make some nice change at the debris crusher and it's fun to clear them out of the field.

Drae, Drae, Drae.. The fertilizer spreader is for crops like corn, wheats, sorghum, etc. The sprayer is for things like olives, grapes, etc.

If u have millions Drae, use the biggest sprayer for herbicide, probably take u less than five mins to kill the weeds in that field and u can also fertilise with it

Hey you need to use a rock picker to remove the rocks from the fields so you get more yield (amount of plants/ harvestable goods you get from a single harvest)

I absolutely LOVE the autonomous tractor mods, fs19 had an autonomous John Deer tractor that is even cooler than the case, but I dont know if it's been put in fs 22 yet. if it has, it'd definently recommend trying it!!

Arsenic was once used heavily in cotton agriculture as a cotton desiccant and defoliant for harvesting. Now, as a result, most of the US-grown rice has arsenic contamination due to being grown in and around former cotton fields of the Southeast (4 rice US rice-growing regions: 3 Southeast + California). Meanwhile, China-grown rice has mercury contamination and is the other major source rice in North America. So take your pick.......
