11:59 - Removal: 5. Remove the posterior anchorage with the frame & rubber dam sheet all together
12:22 - Removal: 6. Examine the rubber dam sheet
12:30 - Removal: 7. Examine the patient mouth for rubber dam remnants: a. with a dental mirror
12:34 - Removal: 7. Examine the patient mouth for rubber dam remnants: b. with a dental floss
12:43 - Removal: 8. Clean the patient’s mouth & lips
