assist in drafting the summons in the regional court: the facts are as follows the Plaintiff sold a ducati motor cycle to the Defendant in the amount of R115 000.00 and as a form of Deposit the Defendant agreed to exchange his Motor cycle to the Plaintiff in the amount of R 35 000.00, meaning the outstanding amount is R 80 000.00. the Plaintiff does not want to cancel the contract but demanded payment of the outstanding amount of R 80 000.00 from the defendant. kindly assist
